​Duties:
* Deal with property compliance (Renewing EICR's, EPC's etc.)
* Liaise and outsource inspections
* Proactively manage the companies residential portfolio
* Deal with end of lease/ checkouts/ deposit negotiations / maintenance
* Conduct condition reports etc.
​Skills:​
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience within a property management role
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
* Organisational skills to manage high volumes and client expectations
