Reporting to the site Finance Manager, the successful candidate will carry out a range of finance tasks for a rapidly expanding manufacturing business. Main duties will include accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and reconciliations, banking transactions, and processing of employee expenses.

Outline and Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Accounts Payable invoices, including invoice matching process and dealing with supplier queries
  • Generating supplier payment runs
  • Carry out the bank reconciliation
  • Match cash received against Sales Invoices, and resolve any customer queries
  • Processing of employee expense claims and credit card statement reconciliations
  • Provide flexible administration resource to support the Finance function, as well as support to the newly created Finance teams in the France and Spain entities

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience of AP and AR processing, reconciliation and control is essential
  • Experience of using SAP in an AP and AR environment would be beneficial
  • Confident communicator within Finance team, with other functions, and externally with suppliers and customers
  • Flexible approach, with a helpful, can-do attitude
  • Committed to achieve tight deadlines
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word)

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be required.
