We’re looking for a Teacher / Lecturer who can bring subjects like animal nursing, biology, and animal welfare to life for students. This role would also suit qualified and registered Vet Nurses that would like to pivot into education.
You’ll be the beacon of knowledge for students exploring animal nursing, biology, husbandry, and welfare. Your mission will be to inspire, engage, and elevate the minds of future industry leaders. Key Details:
Animal Welfare & Science Lecturer
Full-time, permanent, 37 hours over Monday to Friday
Up to £35,000 per annum

Teaching Qualification at Level 5 or above or willing to work towards within 2 years
Level 5 or above Qualification in Veterinary Nursing or similar.
Experience and confidence working with a range of animals; small, domestic, farm, equine and exotic
Some supervisory / management experience
Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the Veterinary nursing industry
Good practical skills in animal husbandry tasks
Ideally you will have Registered Veterinary Nursing status The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated teacher with the ability to deliver high quality, inspiring theory and practical teaching sessions with strong industry links to give learners an exceptional learning experience.
