We are on the lookout for a passionate Teacher / Lecturer who can make subjects like animal nursing, biology, and animal welfare engaging for students. This role is also suitable for qualified and registered Vet Nurses looking to transition into the field of education.


You will serve as the fountain of knowledge for students interested in animal nursing, biology, husbandry, and welfare. Your goal will be to motivate, involve, and inspire the future leaders of the industry.

Whether you are an experienced educator or a veterinary nurse with a passion for teaching, we are interested in your unique mix of expertise and enthusiasm.

Key Details:

Position: Animal Welfare & Science Lecturer
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Who Are We Seeking?

- Teaching Qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to attain one within 2 years.
- Qualification at Level 5 or above in Veterinary Nursing or a related field.
- Proficiency and confidence in handling various animals including small, domestic, farm, equine, and exotic.
- Some experience in supervision or management roles.
- Thorough and extensive knowledge of the Veterinary nursing sector.
- Strong practical skills in animal husbandry tasks.

The ideal candidate should ideally hold Registered Veterinary Nursing status. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated educator capable of delivering top-notch theory and practical lessons, fostering strong industry connections to provide learners with an exceptional educational journey.
