Position Overview:

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team. This is a technical, hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of the software development process, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.


As the Lead Developer, you will take full ownership of projects from client scoping through to delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • the development and implementation of Ruby on Rails applications.
  • directly with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • the entire software development process, including scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
