About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Provision Lead (Case Officer) to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and a competitive pay of £280 per day under an umbrella arrangement.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and manage services for children and families within a specific locality or central team.
Develop strong partnerships with schools, Police, NHS, voluntary and community sectors, and other local stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) are produced and reviewed.
Liaise with team members to process EHCP assessments promptly.
Serve as a contact point for EHCP queries and work closely with parents and young people.
Maintain meticulous electronic records and manage complex cases effectively.
Prioritize quality outcomes for children.
Contribute to business strategies and special projects.
Represent the team at internal and external meetings, promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people.To Be Successful:
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with various stakeholders.
High-level organizational and case management skills.
Experience in managing and producing high-quality EHCPs.
A proactive and innovative approach to service delivery.
Commitment to placing quality outcomes for children as a top priority.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
