We are looking for experienced Team Leaders who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience.

Can you

  • Support, coach and mentor your team Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager's absence Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

To be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.

If this sounds like you, then you're in the right spot One of the oldest pubs in Marlow, The Two Brewers has been serving pints near the River Thames since 1727, gaining most of its fame as the site where Jerome K. Jerome wrote part of his classic novel Three Men in a Boat. Today, our pub still prides itself on serving all the best of local craft and cask ales, alongside a wide range of wines, spirits and crafted cocktails. Our traditional British menu boasts hearty Sunday roasts, seasonal specials, decadent desserts and more, and our cosy interior and large pub garden makes us the perfect spot to enjoy a bite to eat come summer and winter, rain or shine.
