About the role

We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer to join our Quality & Compliance team. This is a key role that supports and drives quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.


Working to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of Node4’s ISO certified management systems, covering quality, information security, environmental, energy, business continuity and IT service.


Responsibilities

  • Assisting with facilitating and coordinating external ISO audits
  • Supporting the management of non-conformities, incidents, risks and opportunities to improve.
  • Ensuring all employees receive training relating to our management systems, including information security and environmental
  • Ensuring policy and process documents deemed required by Node4 or an interested party are in place, controlled, available and uniform
  • Ensuring policy and process documents are periodically reviewed and approved for suitability and adequacy
  • Planning and undertaking internal audits;
  • Prepare and present internal audit reports that reflect audit results and provide insight to recipients
  • Maintain an internal audit schedule covering the relevant managements system
  • Conduct follow-up audits to re-assess conformity and progression of actions from the previous audit.
  • Work with the business to progress improvements opportunities and risks identified in internal audits.
  • Supporting with the preparation and undertaking of periodic management performance reviews of our management systems.
  • Supporting with requests for information from our clients relating to our management systems.
