Marketing Project Manager

ResponsibilitiesnCreate commercially led venue campaign/project briefs and brief the marketing team (and other departments as required).nVenue campaign/project facilitator – by use of Asana and other communication means, coordinate and support the key project stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns/projects which meet the agreed brief requirements, including regular communication with venue clients and internal departments - providing and receiving relevant project updates.nEnsuring end-to-end execution of marketing projects and campaigns to meet set business goals. Projects and activities include (but are not limited to):nOngoing promotion of wedding open eventsnAttending weekly sales meetings for insight on venues’ progress against monthly booking targets, and reporting back to the marketing teamnAdhoc sales opportunities e.g. offer introduction, pricing updatesnOngoing promotion of upsell opportunitiesnPromotion of venue-run events eg. pop-up restaurants
Preferred skills and qualificationsnExcellent customer relationship and interpersonal skillsnWorking knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Asana and other relevant applicationsnAbility to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectivesnProven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines and receiving positive customer feedbacknExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsnGood marketing communication brand copywriting experience
