Job Title: Student Support & Events - Southeast (M4 Corridor Reading, Basingstoke & Surrounding) Reports To: Head of Operations Contract Type: Full-time Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9AM - 5.30PM working hours) Location of Role: Hybrid role - 2 days in office (London, Pimlico), 3 days based/working from home, with the expectation of school and event delivery around the M4 corridor / Reading Requirements: Driving licence & need to own a vehicle Salary: £26,000-£28,000 (dependent on experience) Start Date: December 2025 To apply – you must email into – your CV and a personal statement about why you are applying to the role. About the role: This role is great for someone who likes variety and is looking for a role contributing to the delivery of key account school outreach and events. You will be working with our dynamic, passionate team, contributing towards having a positive impact supporting young people to understand their future options. You will be key in delivering sessions within schools, having the opportunity to impact students firsthand. You will then impact students further by being student support across a few teams, specialising in mentoring students through their applications to gain their perfect opportunity either with one of our clients or another apprenticeship role. This role will be our go-to for any school delivery for clients across the UK, so it will involve travel. You’ll have the opportunity to meet a wide range of clients, from employers and schools to local councils - while mentoring and supporting students as they explore and secure apprenticeship opportunities. What we are looking for… · Interest in mentoring young people including UK travel to our Programme Schools. · Passion for education and our industry. · Confidence and ability to speak to our main audiences – students, parents, teachers, as well as education & employer partner. · Time management and ability to prioritise tasks. · You need to be able to take a methodical and organised approach to your work, paying close attention to detail. · Be articulate both in written and verbal communication. · A self-starter able to use initiative; (our team is motivated to make impact, every day). · Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
