Sport Lecturer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lecturer in Sport Studies to join the Further Education team at this forward-thinking institution.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will teach Sport Studies to Further Education students, ensuring high-quality delivery of lessons, assessing student work, and developing course content. Additional responsibilities include supporting student development, participating in student recruitment, and engaging in internal quality assurance processes.
Essential Criteria:
BSc level qualification or equivalent in a Sport-related subject
Industry qualifications (e.g. fitness instructing, personal training, NGB coaching)
Experience working within the Sports industry
Willingness to work towards a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
Minimum Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Candidates from a range of sporting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
