As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients within Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Logistics sectors. You will manage relationships, drive account growth, and work closely with the internal sales and proposal teams.


The Key responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for revenue growth.
  • Cross-selling innovative solutions to existing clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understanding and advocating for client needs within the organisation.


Key Qualifications and experience required:

  • 5 years of experience in strategic account planning and business development.
  • A strong background in sales and technology
  • Knowledge of MES, PI Historian, Simulation, Operational Technology, Service & Support, and Consulting would be an advantage
  • Experience of working and selling into the Manufacturing sector
  • Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, FMCG, and Food & Beverage would be advantageous
  • Proven success as a key account manager
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions to clients.
