Marketing Manager

Main Duties
Be responsible for the overall marketing strategy working closely with a variety of teams
Own the Brand guidelines and target audience, ensuring all data is kept up to date
Develop ideas and strategy for all brands, seasonal and event led marketing campaigns. Managing all assets within the team and those available to you.
Manage the implementation of all marketing campaigns
Continue to develop two company websites including ecommerce, customer UX and SEO
Manage and grow all social media platforms, produce engaging content, grow followers, represent the brand and products
Email marketing campaigns to subscribers
Analyse the efficiency of all marketing activity, ecommerce activity and evolve both from the learnings of the data
Develop PR and Influencer activity
Online and offline visual merchandising including POS, brochures and other visuals
Manage external digital agency relationship
Attend 2-3 trade shows per year
Set and manage marketing budgets
Skills and Knowledge
3-5 years marketing experience
Knowledge of managing websites
Experience of using social media
Excellent MS Office skills
Ability to work well in a small team and small business
Excellent written and verbal communications kills
Knowledge of Adobe Suite would be desirable
