About the Employer
Are you a Project Manager that wants to work for the biggest name in the field, known for delivering high profile building envelope packages across London’s Major Construction Schemes? Our client specialises in design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of bespoke curtain wall and façade systems, who undertake projects worldwide with a group company turnover circa £1bn. This company have completed projects to many iconic landmarks and have built a solid reputation for featuring on the most prestigious and complex construction schemes.
Requirements
To be successful all applicants must have worked for a specialist façade / building envelope subcontractor in the UK. The must be able to display technical competency have a proven background in overseeing multiple facades packages from Pre-Construction through to delivery on flagship schemes.
My client will only consider candidates that have a proven background as a Project Manager in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You’ll be responsible for delivering on projects with their After Sales department, working for a variety of blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease and Mace. Within this role up will also be responsible for overseeing, Pre-construction, Design, Planning, Procurement, and Delivery.
Salary/ Benefits
Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £65k to £75k. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package.
