My client, a renowned market leading FM Provider, is seeking an experienced and professional Business Development Manager, to work alongside the Sales Director and wider team, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities.
Requirements:
Direct experience of the facilities management industry and can demonstrate the ability to solution, price, and write fantastic bids.
Be able to identify and build a long term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities
Evidence of proven sales/business development in an FM Provider
Be an enthusiastic, energetic, resilient self-starter
There is a fast track to progression, should you prove your worth and exceed your targets with a client following being highly advantageous but not essential.
This role commands a very generous starting base salary with car allowance and extensive benefits package, together with uncapped commission.
This role is on a flexible working basis with travel as expected.
This role can be based in the Midlands but will also consider candidates in London.
