Senior Electrical Project Manager
MEP Contracting / Building Services (Data Centre)
North West London
My client is a market leading, privately-owned Building Services contractor with a deep history, renowned for successfully delivering major commercial & residential projects across the UK.
They are in need of a Senior Electrical Project Manager is required to lead the whole project. You will head up the delivery of a superscale Data Centre with a M&E value of £55mil.

Bonus potentialRoles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee all aspects of electrical project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed.
Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
