Our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor specializing in delivering high-quality construction and engineering projects across various sectors. We are renowned for our expertise in the data centre industry and our commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical projects within the data centre sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, with a focus on data centre projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, engineering principles, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to long-term career growth and stability within the company.
  • Proximity to Acton, London, or willingness to relocate.
