They manufacture high-performance sustainable packaging solutions and products. As Sales Director, they want you to build a team implement sales strategies and reward you well for your success. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

Key attributes required:

  • Ability To ensure the development and management of the external sales organisation in accordance with operational as well as strategic goals.
  • To launch new product ranges into the marketplace through communications and assistance with marketing projects
  • Work alongside Business Directors to maximise opportunities in other company areas outside of the UK
  • Main duties
  • • Forms part of the management team for the UK Division
  • • Sales and development of existing and new markets in accordance with established sales targets and marketing plans
  • • Production of market analyses, sales forecasts, establishment of market plan and sales budget
  • • Initiate, prioritise and drive development projects
  • • In accordance with the role description Manager
  • • Other work duties
  • Experience within the FMCG industry (Packaging industry ideal not a requirement)
  • Self-motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative to create new opportunities.
  • Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels.
  • A confident and highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong honest work ethic with the drive to thrive in a demanding sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for sustainability
