iCare Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Peripatetic Care Worker to support our clients across the Newcastle and Middlesbrough area. If you have a passion for providing exceptional care and are willing to travel and cover shifts at short notice, we want you on our team.

*Job Description*

As a Peripatetic Care Worker at iCare Living, you will:
* Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex care needs across various locations.
* Be flexible and adaptable, covering shifts at short notice.
* Travel between Newcastle and Middlesbrough to meet the needs of our clients.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care outcomes.

*Responsibilities*
* Deliver compassionate and professional care to individuals with complex care needs.
* Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Be prepared to work 2 weekends a month and cover shifts as required.
* Ensure adherence to care plans and protocols to maintain high standards of care.

*Requirements*
* Proven experience in a care setting.
* Willingness to travel and cover shifts at short notice.
* Flexibility to work 2 weekends a month.
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
