We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our team in Middlesbrough.


We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Middlesbrough, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is a 33-year-old woman lives at home in Red Car with her mom and 2 friendly pet dogs who she adores to be around.


Your role will consist of assisting this young lady with her daily living routine, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, administering medication and maintaining accurate records as per the individual's care plan.

Providing emotional support, companionship, and engage in activities to enhance social interaction and her mental well-being.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to her everyday life


Throughout the Week you will attend a day centre with her which she loves to visit, here she is able to socialise with her friends and care team, access various activities and build on her independence, creating exciting memories together.

Weekends she likes to make her own choices which may consist of going out and about into the community or relaxing at home watching her favourite films.


We are looking for care staff who have a Driving Licence for this position as our service user enjoys going out in the community

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience

We have the following shifts available;

  • Full Time & Part Time Days
  • 25 shifts per week.


Monday
  • Friday 7am 4pm


Saturday
  • Sunday 8am 6pm

Weekdays £11.00 per hour (£99 approx per 9 shift)

Weekends £12.00 per hour (£120 approx per 10 shift)

Bank Holiday £13.50 per hour (£121.50 approx per 9 shift)
