This is a good all round Finance Assistant opportunity. Key responsibilities will include;
Processing Job Sheets.
Setting Up/ Amending Hire Contracts.
Customer Portal Input.
Raising of manual invoices
Generating Invoice Schedules & processing on Sage.
Requesting purchase orders for on-going hires each month.
Coding and inputting credit card transactions
Updating cash flow
Bank reconciliation
Chasing Debtors
Processing invoices and handling accounts payable/receivable
Conducting financial analysis and reporting
Managing financial databases and systems
Maintaining financial records and statements
Collaborating with the team to improve financial procedures
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work in a team and individually
