We’re looking for a Commercial Director to lead the strategic direction and delivery of our direct-to-consumer proposition across V12 Retail Finance and V12 Personal Finance. This is a pivotal role, driving growth, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences while leading a talented team across marketing, product, and digital. What you’ll do Define and deliver the B2C strategy, ensuring ambitious growth and retention targets are met. Lead new product development and bring innovative solutions to market. Own the P&L for new customer acquisition, driving performance across all channels. Oversee marketing strategy and campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise results. Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers to maximise commercial opportunities. Provide leadership and inspiration to your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Influence at Board and ExCo level, presenting compelling business cases for new initiatives. What we’re looking for A proven track record in shaping and delivering B2C strategies. Experience launching new products and managing P&L accountability. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Commercial acumen combined with deep understanding of UX, CX, and digital channels. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including Board-level engagement.
