Salary: £80-£100 per day (depending on experience)

Job Description:
Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an all-through SEN school in Westminster. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September. The successful candidate will support children with autism and complex needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality of education and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to children with autism and complex needs in an educational setting.
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as required.
Implement tailored educational activities and interventions.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Manage challenging behaviour.
Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress.Requirements:
Proven experience working with children with autism in a UK-based school setting.
Ability to provide personal care to students.
Enhanced child and adult DBS on the update service is essential.
Team Teach training is an advantage.
Experience in care work is desirable.Benefits:
