As the Head of Commercial, you will be at the forefront of driving sales revenue across our group, encompassing memberships, corporate partnerships, group activities, and casual usage in swimming, fitness, and more. You will develop and implement best-in-class sales and customer journey processes, enhancing the quality of customer experience, communications, and retention.
Redevelop and embed sales policies, standards, and protocols for all products.
Lead business plans and sales strategies to exceed the charity’s commercial goals.
Translate commercial strategies into actionable plans, prepare forecasts, and provide KPI reporting for commercial leaders and the leadership team.
Formulate and manage an integrated marketing and sales funnel process, including outreach, onboarding, activation, and retention.
Guide Product and Marketing teams to achieve commercial objectives.
Set high service expectations for customer-facing roles, using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) tool to drive performance.
Analyse customer data to inform and improve campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and oversee the delivery of impactful customer engagement training materials and programmes.
Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (desirable).
~5+ years of planning and executing sales strategies, ideally in a multi-site organisation. (Proven track record of enhancing customer engagement within a commercial environment. (Success in planning and executing top-tier customer service initiatives. (Exceptional data analysis and evaluation skills. (Ability to translate business strategy into actionable commercial plans. (Proficiency in project management and successful project delivery. (Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel. (Generous holiday allowance
