Azure and Server Infrastructure Senior Analyst

JOB PURPOSEnWorking within the TechOps Infrastructure Department and reporting into Senior Manager of TechOps Infrastructure, you will be responsible for day to day operation and maintenance of the AtlasEdge Azure and Server Infrastructure function across multiple sites in various European locations.This includes close co-ordination with Infrastructure support teams and third party providers. These services are delivered to AtlasEdge via a combination of one or more external vendors, third party consultants and internal resources. You will directly peer with vendors Service Delivery functions and ensure the the Azure and Server Infrastructure function delivers a smooth and efficient networking service for AtlasEdge internal customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESnEnsure that the AtlasEdge’s Azure and Server Infrastructure is optimal and maintained to provide appropriate service to the AtlasEdge estate.nProvide a level of day to day Service Delivery oversight.nWork alongside new & existing IT Service Provider(s) to ensure that services provided are fit for purpose and best in class.nActively own the design and implementation of Azure and Server Infrastructure services as required by both Project and BAU work-streamsnProvide input and direction in relation to the Azure and Server Infrastructure roadmap and architecturenAct as TechOps Infrastructure change owner for all Azure and Server Infrastructure issues and queriesnBe prepared to travel to various European locations as required by the businessnOn-boarding of new datacentre sites and providing networking support accordinglynTransition of new datacentre acquisitions/new builds into the standard AtlasEdge Azure and Server Infrastructure estatenAccept responsibility for new Azure and Server Infrastructure services which may be onboarded into the AtlasEdge estatenReport on the effectiveness and efficiency of the Azure and Server Infrastructure function, including performance and capacity managementnProactively provide input to the TechOps Infrastructure Risk and Issue Management processnEnsure and support Azure and Server Infrastructure Operation, via a 3rd party managed service.nEstablish relationships and ongoing management of suppliers and vendors to deliver the Azure and Server Infrastructure services, which are business critical to us.nEnsure 24x7x365 monitoring and operation of our Azure and Server Infrastructure infrastructure.nOn call 24*7*365 as part of a rota for management of major incidents
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEnPREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:nAzure Solutions Architect/Windows server 2019/2022 AdministratornCisco CCNAnMinimum 10 years demonstrable networking experience (both project and BAU)nExcellent experience delivering IT projects to a high standard to a high performing organisationnITIL version 3 / 4 qualifiednSKILLS & ABILITIES:nExcellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure and networkingnExcellent experience/Knowledge of data centers.nHighly OrganisednWorks under own directionnVendor Management experience.
