Senior Strategy Consultant – Life Sciences

This top-tier consultancy is loooking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join their growing LifeSciences division.


About the Role:

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will work with some of the most innovative companies in the life sciences industry, providing high-level strategic guidance on critical business and operational challenges. You'll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients on complex problem-solving, and deliver impactful solutions in areas such as digital transformation, market access, regulatory strategy, and R&D innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements focused on strategy, growth, and transformation for clients in the pharma, biotech, and medtech sectors.
  • Analyse complex business challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions across R&D, commercial strategy, and digital health.
  • Partner with clients to design and implement strategies that address changing regulatory landscapes, market dynamics, and patient-centric approaches.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of life sciences industry trends, helping clients capitalise on AI, big data, and emerging technologies.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor at both operational and executive levels.


What They're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting or a related strategic role within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, medtech, and healthcare, including digital health and biotech commercialisation.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements from end to end.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
  • A passion for innovation and a track record of delivering creative, strategic solutions.
