About the role

Eleanor Lodge provides exceptional levels of support to adults, aged 18 and over, with learning disabilities and mental health issues. It is situated in Delapre, Northampton and offers a wonderful living environment in which our customers can enjoy an enhanced quality of life. We also offer domiciliary care to adults living in their own homes within the community.

We have teams of friendly and committed staff who provide the highest level of care. With our great accommodation and facilities, Eleanor Lodge evokes a home from home atmosphere in which our customers can feel comfortable, content and very well cared for.

As a Community Support Worker you will act as a key worker for customers, assisting with the provision of positive enabling intervention and support for adults with mental health problems, physical and/or learning disabilities.

What will you be doing?

You will be working at Eleanor Lodge in an administrative role, using appropriate data management systems, procedures and resources.

We are, therefore, currently seeking an organised, capable, enthusiastic individual who, ideally has knowledge of scheduling of staff rotas. Via Data management system, People planner, Eclipse and ERP.

Assist with archiving of files, minute taking, invoicing and front of house, greetings. To ensure a quality service is delivered to customers, WNC policies and values are complied with, and reporting deadlines are met.

 

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing electronic and paper record systems. you will require a confident accurate and timely approach to using MS Word, MS Excel and other software as appropriate.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost. It is also a regulated activity and will be subject to a Children and Adults Barred List check.

About you
  • It is desirable to have experience scheduling work rotas/shifts, However, this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Highly numerate, with prior experience in inputting and calculating invoices would be of benefit.
  • Solutions-focused, with a passion for creating the best possible workplace environment for colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, personable, and creative in approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
