Location: Northampton (NN4 7BW)
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 22:00
Pay Rates:
16:00 - 19:00: £11.65 per hour
19:00 - 22:00: £14.15 per hour
Role Overview
As an Operations Processor (Parcel Sorter), you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and secure handling of parcels and mail. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, with potential for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Parcel Management:
Scanning and processing all incoming and outgoing parcels and mail.
Sorting parcels manually into designated compartments on sorting frames.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Maintaining Health & Safety standards.
Ensuring the warehouse remains clean and organized.
Packaging:
Bagging and labelling parcels accurately for delivery.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Physical fitness, as manual lifting of shipments is required.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
