Internal Communications Manager

As this is a brand new role within the business, this will initially be a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing marketing function to help scope their internal communications strategy.
Ideally you will have internal comms experience within financial services, or in a regulated business.
This is a stand-alone role (albeit you will be surrounded by the wider marketing team).
"What is your client looking for me to do?"
Leading on internal communications campaigns through a range of communications channels.
Developing and implementing engaging communication and events plans which support key business projects. This will have a specific focus on getting 'buy-in' and ensuring all colleagues are fully engaged in the business's new brand and vision.
Identifying new channels which will support internal communication projects that will engage the wider business.
Making data-based decisions on future strategy to make business improvements.
Work closely with the wider team to ensure all messaging align.
Budget management associated with internal communications and partnering with the business to ensure value for money.
"What experience do I need?"
Proven experience leading internal strategic transformation and change communications.
Excellent storytelling and copy-writing skills.
Experience delivering motivating and engaging internal messages that align with a business's culture and business strategy.
Event management experience to support the delivery of colleague communication events would be desirable but not essential.
