As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will transform data into valuable insights, enabling our senior leadership team to make informed decisions. We need a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who excels both independently and as part of a team.

Please note: This is an on site position located in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.

ResponsibilitiesnUse data modelling techniques to identify operational improvements.nFormulate strategies for business enhancement based on thorough research.nAdvocate for the benefits of new technology or strategies to stakeholders.nEvaluate solutions, assessing risks, benefits, and impacts.nBuild interactive dashboards and reports using complex datasets.nSupport internal business reviews and fulfil data analysis requests.nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot data source issues.nHandle dashboard and tooling maintenance independently.nSupport the development and launch of tooling projects.nFoster effective collaboration with team members and partners.nAssist with other projects and activities as required.nRequirementsnBachelor's degree in Science, Data, Business, or a relevant discipline.n3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on multiple projects.nProficiency in Tableau, Excel, and business intelligence tools.nExperience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.nStrong knowledge of data visualization best practices.nFamiliarity with relational databases.nExpertise in data management and validation.nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.nExceptional partnership and communication abilities.nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.nFamiliarity with Snowflake, Tableau Prep, or Python is a plus.
