Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Depot Operations Manager at Ischebeck TITAN Group of Companies in Burton Upon Trent. The Depot Operations manager will have day-to-day oversight of the operational teams within the storage and repair & maintenance facilities and working with the depot management and stock control functions to ensure availability of products that meet company standards and ensuring that customer expectations, both internally and externally, are met at all times. 



Qualifications

·      Previous experience of working in a fast-moving plant and equipment rental business is essential.

·      Demonstrable experience of managing stock, forecasting demand and making investment proposals.

·      Previous experience of managing multi-disciplined teams

Implementation of operational processes with a keen eye for improving quality and increasing efficiency

·      Excellent Numeracy, literacy, clear written and verbal communication.

Proficient in the use of IT packages (Outlook / Word / Excel)


Desirable Experience


 Previous experience of managing depot and rental fleet operations within a formwork & falsework rental business.

· Previous experience of deploying / working with formwork & falsework systems on construction sites.

A recognised Health & Safety qualification / certification would be advantageous.

 Project management processes

Planning & scheduling techniques

A working knowledge of PUWER and LOLER regulations
