We create amazing rapport with our schools and support staff to find you the best suitable placements. The schools within the area strive to create a fun learning environment with the aim for every pupil to look forward to learning.
We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant / TA to cover day to day, short-term and long-term placements. This is a great chance to widen your experience and have the excitement of working within local schools. You will have the guaranteed opportunity to support pupils and help them thrive within the school.
A successful Teaching assistant will have:
SEND TA / SEND Teaching Assistant experience (desirable)
Experience of supporting young people on a 1:1 basis (desirable)
A good understanding of safeguarding and Child Protection
Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification
A calm, patient, and caring personality
