About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our clients pre-construction team, working on large-scale industrial developments across the UK. In this role, you will take the lead in developing robust, detailed, and realistic programmes that form the foundation of successful project delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and strategic alignment throughout the planning phase. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of pre-construction programmes for major industrial build schemes. Work with bid and design teams to create tender programmes and methodology. Analyse construction sequences, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Engage with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to validate programme assumptions. Provide planning input for design development, logistics planning, and value engineering. Present programme updates to senior management and clients. Support continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and methodologies. About You Demonstrable experience in planning large industrial, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing builds. Strong capability in pre-construction and front-end planning for complex projects. Expertise in planning software (Primavera P6 preferred). Ability to articulate construction methodologies clearly and confidently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-focused. Why Join Us?
