And it’s the kind of growth and investment that is exciting for everyone in our business.About the Role:As the Brand Partnerships Manager, you will work across our License, Wholly Owned and Luxury Brand categories to grow collaborative marketing with our strategic partners. You will engage with key partners drawn from the 700+ brands available on Next.co.uk and SEASONS, confidently pitching and presenting while project managing multiple campaigns at once. As part of the Brand Partnerships team within eCommerce, you will report to the Head of Partnerships Marketing and lead multiple team members, making management experience essential. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across NEXT, present regularly to senior stakeholders,and build and nurture relationships with brand partners. With significant experience in fashion, home or luxury marketing, you will also be comfortable working toward financial growth targets.What else is involved?DeliverExecute strategic and inspiring marketing plans for NEXT & SEASONS. Ensure effective project management and delivery of campaigns by working with multiple internal teams. Create conversion driving marketing activities that inspire our customers and meet both Next and Brand partner KPI’s. Deliver 360 marketing activations across multiple touch points including owned channels and digital media. Support and develop direct reports through regular one to ones and coaching sessions. EnhanceMake recommendations on how NEXT can enhance their marketing approach through strategy, creative or digital development. Repository of brand customer needs and competitor behaviour – by listening to brands, watching the market and formally reporting back at least quarterly on the key trends and take-outs. CommunicateWork very closely with Product, Brand marketing and Digital Marketing colleagues. Build and foster these relationships. Work in tandem with the Brand Trading Managers to align across touchpoints. Keep the Head of Brand Partnerships informed with performance, projects, team and industry developments, Ensure regular communication with brand partners providing project updates and clear timelines in order to build the most strategic partnerships. Ensure internal stakeholders are kept informed. We have offices in London, Manchester and Leicester - you would be based predominantly at our London office but travel would be required between these locations. You will need to regularly travel to brands/suppliers offices which will mainly be London based as well as attending relevant meetings at NEXT HQ (Enderby, Leicestershire) on a regular basis so the ability to be flexible regarding travel to these locations is key.About You:Proven ability to build excellent relationships with external brand partners and internal stakeholders. Excellent project management skills with the ability to seamlessly deliver projects of all sizes. Proven experience creating and implementing marketing strategy across differing brands. Proven ability to create effective presentations and pitches. Ability to understand data and reports to highlight key take-outs for partners. Understanding of digital media channel planning, performance and evaluation, including Search and Paid Social. Good knowledge of retailer e-commerce objectives and ways of working, preferably within premium or luxury fashion. Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership of campaigns, which involves being able to multitask across a number of projects.
