Brand Ignite is a small but growing Customer Closeness agency in the heart of Leicester. We work with a range of clients (including Domino's and Asda), primarily in market research, but also brand strategy, innovation and customer experience. In addition we own and manage a professional market research viewing facility called Ignition Rooms.

The role, to start asap, is to join and support the insight function across the business. You would be working with the Insight Team to support the delivery of client projects such as brand tracking, focus groups, video diaries and food taste tests. You'd work on both qualitative and quantitative projects, so it is essential you enjoy brands and marketing, and have good analytical skills matched to a vivid curiosity for human behaviour

Whilst learning the skills of research and reporting in to our Insight Director, the role would also focus on project management aspects such as fieldwork logistics, project timelines and dealing with suppliers. You'll get to learn and experience the lot here at Brand Ignite

We're only a small team at the moment, so it's very important for us to find the right people to be part of our ambitious team. This is for a full time position, as we're keen to help develop someone to become a hugely valuable part of our team. We'd be open to discussing an internship if thats preferred, but ideally we'd like someone who wants to dive in from day one and make a difference. We have a flexible approach to where we work on any given day. Our default is the office, but working from home at times is also enjoyed by all of us.

You may already be a year or so into a similar role - research, marketing or project management - or be a talented, focused and enthusiastic graduate. Importantly, we are an agency that is marketing based, with Customer Closeness as our focus. We advise clients on brand and marketing strategy, based on keeping our clients close to their customers.
