Professional qualifications such as Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, OCR Text Processing Level 2 (RSA 2), NVQ Level 2, or equivalent experience. Strong and proven experience in an administrative role within a construction or engineering environment. Able to manage tasks effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders. Manage the weekly timesheet database and coordinate submissions to the company. Support and oversee the CTC vetting process, ensuring compliance with company and client standards. Collate, organise, and manage receipts, invoices, and expenses through the system. Act as the primary liaison with external suppliers and key strategic partners to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of contracts, site financials, and labour information. Identify potential risks or issues and promptly report them to minimise operational impact. Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage meetings, appointments, and correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters). Maintain and update records and databases relating to staff, training, and projects. Ensure company and project documentation is accurately controlled, filed, and easily retrievable. Follow and improve document control procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
