Committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship, innovative design, and exceptional customer service, the company has developed prestigious projects across London.
Beyond property development, this prestigious organisation enhances its client's lifestyles through a dedicated hospitality arm, an in-house interior design business, offering bespoke services that help clients live "the beautiful life."
The UK's ambitions extend further with the creation of a strategic consulting business, designed to serve the complex non-business needs of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. The primary focus will be on optimising HR operations and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management and development, benefits and compensation.
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legal requirements and align with best practices.
* Provide coaching and support to managers, helping them lead their teams effectively and drive performance.
* Serve as a neutral and objective point of contact for employees, addressing all matters with discretion and confidentiality.
* Play a key role in management initiatives such as succession planning, employee development, and leadership programs.
* Partner with the broader HR team to support strategic people related projects and initiatives.
* Ensure HR administrative processes are efficient, legally compliant, and aligned with best practices, providing timely and accurate HR services.
Required Experience, Qualifications, Personal Qualities and Skills:
* Extensive experience as an HR generalist in operational HR roles, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
* Experience leading HR operations in a small but growing organisation, particularly with high-performing and intellectually challenging stakeholders. Has previous experience of managing others and exposure to best practice HR processes and frameworks.
* Degree and/or Master's level education.
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
* Exhibits the personal qualities we value in all our people: an ownership mindset, hard working, intelligence, collaboration, integrity, and humility.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
