You will ensure compliance and quality standards are always maintained, client needs are identified, providing proactive support and advice, adhering to our client care programme and ensure client relationships are within our legislative framework, compliance and quality standards. Your responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

  • Delivering all elements of a tax project, tax advice or tax compliance with supervision (review) by your manager or director.
  • Training assistant team members, including regularly reviewing their work to ensure that client requirements are actioned.
  • Managing your workflow and client expectations, using your specialist knowledge and skills to add value to the bookkeeping hub.
  • Developing working relationships with clients and assisting in all aspects of the company’s relationships with them to maximise yield and performance.
  • Identifying areas of risk and viable opportunities for both current clients and potential clients.
  • Where appropriate, initiating and taking an active role in business development by promoting our full range of services to clients (cross-selling).


About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:

  • Possessing either partial or full CTA, ACA or ACCA qualifications or experienced as a Tax Lead
  • Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
  • Must have UK Accounting / Practice experience
  • Must have UK Private Tax advisory experience.
  • People management experience
  • Robust communication and interpersonal skills
