Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth: As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth. You will play a crucial role within the Calling team, reporting directly to the Sales Director
Lead Management: Work from our CRM system, managing a mix of cold, warm, and hot leads. Your focus will be on nurturing these leads and converting them into tangible business opportunities
Meeting Targets: You will be targeted to book at least 5 client meetings per week for our internal fit-out company. Achieving and exceeding this target is critical to your role
Call Duration: Meet the call time target of 1 hour 15 minutes daily as set by your manager. This will involve engaging with potential clients to uncover opportunities and build relationships
Opportunity Identification: Identify leads that could be escalated to larger partners, agents, dilapidation experts, and project managers, ensuring that all potential opportunities are fully explored
CRM Management: Accurately record all relevant information in our internal CRM system, tracking every opportunity through the entire sales cycle
Social Selling: Utilise social selling tools and techniques to reach out to key decision-makers, effectively positioning their services
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the services provided, ensuring you can communicate our unique value propositions to clients
KPI and Target Achievement: Work towards the key objectives, KPIs, and targets as agreed with the Managing Director, consistently striving to exceed expectations
Client Meetings: Confidently book client meetings, fully understanding and articulating the unique selling points of our services. You will also be responsible for taking comprehensive project briefs to pass on to our partners
Sales Cycle Monitoring: Monitor and manage your opportunities throughout the sales cycle, obtaining updates and feedback from partners, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure

Previous experience in a sales or business development role (In a cold-calling environment)
Highly motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in using CRM systems and social selling tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
