Operations Support Manager - Hillingdon - Hillingdon, UB89ST Operations Support Manager - Hillingdon - Full-Time 42.5 hours per week - £32,515 per annum  Do you have experience as a manager/supervisor? An opportunity has arisen for an operations support manager  to work on the streets directing and managing a team in the Hillingdon area. Your role is to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.  What will you do?  You will manage your on-street team of staff. Communicate effectively and lead from the front Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed Motivate, praise and develop your team Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identify training needs for operational staff You will identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract What will you bring? You will need to have 2 years minimum management experience/supervisor experience or equivalent level of training Be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen Experience of monitoring KPIs A good knowledge of Microsoft Office Hold a Full clean Drivers Licence What can we offer you? :  • £32,515 per annum  • 42.5 hours per week  • 28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) • Pension scheme  • Training & Development opportunities  • Employee Discount scheme  Does this sound like you?
