Job Role & Responsibilities:nWork closely with the Managing Director to carry out all commercial duties.nCarry out Estimates and submit tenders for electrical refurb projects in the Yorkshire region.nAttend client meetings.nWork closely with the Contracts Managers regarding valuations and submit payment applications.nEnsure projects are complete within budget and profitable.nAttend Senior Management meetings and provide forecasts and cost value reports.nBuild relationships with main contractors and clients.nEven split between Estimating and Quantity SurveyingnCompany Detailsn£5 million turnover businessnSpecialist Electrical contractornApproved contractor on several frameworksnWork on commercial refurb projects and maintenance work.nKnowledge/Experience:nCommercial experience working as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.nA desire to grow a business and grow a team in time.nQuantity Surveying degree preferred but not essential.nGood IT skills including Microsoft excel.nFull UK driving licensenApplicationsnIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.nDue to the vast number of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants; therefore, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
