Your Responsibilities as Area Manager at Karaca:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail sector.
  • Proficient in English at B1 level or above (required for work permit).
  • Experience working with international operations or diverse cultural environments.
  • Expertise in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, with availability to spend certain periods in the UK.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with strong communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).


Expected Criteria


  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations of stores in the UK.
  • Lead store teams, ensuring effective communication and strong team alignment.
  • Monitor, develop, and maintain team performance and overall organization.
  • Enhance employee motivation and implement efficient performance management practices.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze regional sales data and take action to improve performance.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are met consistently.
  • Support new store openings in the UK and coordinate associated processes.
  • Strengthen collaboration and communication between the Turkey headquarters and UK operations.
