Temporary ongoing (opportunity to become a permanent position for the right person)
  
Role:
You will be joining a small existing team of 3, and providing much need support as their organisation is going through a period of growth.
This role will entail:
General office/admin support.
Answering telephone queries, offering a friendly and efficient service.
Reception duties when required.
Speaking to potential candidates and carry out telephone interviews.
Assist in face-to-face interviews.
Carry out referencing checks/ Right to Work check.
Process DBS checks.
Liaising with recruitment agencies and other various external agencies.
Coordinating diaries and appointments.   
Requirements:
As the HR Admin/ Office Support you will ideally have experience within a similar role and will be personable, a clear communicator, and offer excellent administrative skills.
In addition to the above, you will ideally have:
Time-spent within a HR/Recruitment position (would be desirable).
Excellent attention to detail, and a methodical way of working.
Ability to prioritise well.
Offer adaptability and a great work ethic – willing to lend a hand with ad hoc duties as and when needed.
