What You’ll Do:
As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in their project lifecycle, ensuring their bids are competitive and profitable. You will analyse project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements. Your role will involve sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, preparing detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals, and monitoring and updating estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will conduct risk assessments and propose value engineering solutions.

They’re seeking someone with proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, preferably with a background in modular construction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
