Join Our Team as a Raw Materials Controller at SeAH Wind
Are you passionate about quality control and ensuring the highest standards in manufacturing? SeAH Wind is looking for a meticulous and dedicated Raw Materials Controller to join our team.
Role Purpose
As a Raw Materials Controller, you will be responsible for performing quality checks on all incoming raw materials, including sheet steel, flanges, and secondary steel attachments, ensuring they meet the prescribed quality standards before they enter the manufacturing process of monopiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Measurement & Verification: Accurately measure incoming steel plates and match them with delivery notes.
- Certification Compliance: Ensure each steel delivery meets 3.1/3.2 certification standards.
- Quality Inspection: Use PMI sampling techniques to check the quality of steel plates and validate the quality and ovality of flanges.
- Quarantine & Reporting: Quarantine and report items that fail quality inspection to prevent them from entering the manufacturing process.
- Documentation: Mark items that pass inspection, complete records, and release materials into the manufacturing process.
- Safety & Efficiency: Adhere to safety standards, meet productivity targets, minimize downtime, and assist team members on projects.
What We Need From You
- Education: Minimum GCSEs Grade A to C in English and Maths.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality control and assessment is essential.
- Skills:
