Are you a University Student looking for flexible work to fit around your university students.  Working as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools can be an excellent opportunity for university students to gain valuable experience in the education sector whilst studying. 
Cover Supervisors are responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
Classroom Management: Supervising students in the classroom, ensuring they stay on task with the work set by the absent teacher.
Instruction Delivery: Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing the classroom environment.
Supporting Students: Assisting students with any questions or difficulties they have with the assigned work.
Maintaining Order: Managing behavior in the classroom and dealing with any issues that arise.
Reporting: Keeping records of attendance and any incidents that occur during the lesson.

Training:  If you have no experience of working in schools we can provide training to help you become an effective Cover Supervisors, focusing on classroom management and school policies.
