Cover Supervisors are responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
Classroom Management: Supervising students in the classroom, ensuring they stay on task with the work set by the absent teacher.
Instruction Delivery: Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing the classroom environment.
Supporting Students: Assisting students with any questions or difficulties they have with the assigned work.
Maintaining Order: Managing behavior in the classroom and dealing with any issues that arise.
Reporting: Keeping records of attendance and any incidents that occur during the lesson.
