As a content marketing specialist, you will need to be a creative and strategic professional who plays a vital role in developing and executing NashTech’s content marketing strategy. Your primary responsibility is to create high-quality, engaging content that attracts, educates and retains a mid-market target audience within selected industries and geographies.


The Role:

  • Manage the content marketing strategy by collaborating with technology advisory, sales and marketing teams to defining goals, target audience and brand messaging
  • Identify content opportunities from business updates and townhalls to build on the brand pillars and tech focus
  • Utilise website analytics and social media insights tools to track content performance and analyse data to to improve content performance
  • Manage an editorial calendar to schedule content publication across different channels (website, social media, email)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience research to identify relevant and engaging content topics
  • Craft compelling content in various formats, such as blog posts, articles, social media content, website copy, email newsletters and even scripts for videos or podcasts
  • Ensure all content adheres to the company's brand voice and style guide
  • Implement search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices to improve content discoverability in search engines
  • Collaborate with designers, web developers, content writers and social media managers to ensure content is visually appealing
  • Continuously research and learn about new content marketing trends and best practices and assist with content creation projects
  • Explore content promotion strategies like social media advertising or influencer marketing

What do you need to be successful?

  • Extensive marketing experience, preferably in the IT services industry
  • This is a busy role in an excitingly busy marketing department, so it is imperative that you are extremely organised and able to juggle multiple projects at any one time
  • Time management is key You need to ensure all marketing items are sent in a timely manner
  • A busy role needs prioritisation – Ability to understand, or at the very least endeavour to find out, which deliverables take priority
  • Project management – This will involve the production of many different projects and marketing materials and so it’s imperative you have the ability to manage each project effectively, from start to finish.
  • There’s an opportunity to make your mark and drive efficiencies with effective and documented processes so being process driven will certainly be needed.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with employees and suppliers alike across various levels
  • As a marketing expert you will know that each and every piece of work which leaves the marketing department needs to be 100% accurate – attention to detail is key
