* Full-time Permanent
* To work on site in Braintree
* 8 hour shifts (to include some weekends)
Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers on inbound and outbound calls to understand their needs and provide expert product knowledge.
* Drive revenue by selling appropriately, ensuring customers receive the right items to minimise returns.
* Gain customers' trust by treating them with the respect and care you would like to receive.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, listening and questioning the customer to identify further opportunities to upsell items.
* Build rapport with customers, even in complex situations, and maintain the brand’s reputation.
* Liaise with third-party suppliers ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Assisting with the wider team when required to enhance the overall service.
* Handle customer sales politely and courteously, ensuring compliance with call requirements on every interaction.
* Sourcing product information using the appropriate systems and website.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
* An interest to learn about the products to give you the ability to advise customers accurately.
* Empathy and understanding towards customer needs.
* Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and tact.
* IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems and software
Desirable:
* Experience in a call centre / retail environment
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
