Dometic UK Ltd are looking to recruit a key member of their management Team – our Aftermarket Sales Manager; the purpose of this role is to drive and manage sales and the Sales Team to achieve outstanding sales results for the aftermarket programme of Dometic products in the UK.
This position is a combination of field and office based (at our offices in Blandford, Dorset). Daily travel and in person presence is an ongoing expectation of the successful candidate.
Main ResponsibilitiesnResponsible for P&L of the vehicle aftermarket sales in the UK.nResponsible for driving sales revenue and results in area of responsibility.nResponsible for the UK aftermarket sales team.nImplementation of business plans, creating channel management, competitor analysis and sales campaigns.nResponsible for Key Customers, participation in Partner / Customer meetings and exhibitions.nThe post-holder may be asked to take on different tasks as required and all employees are expected to work collaboratively to support the overall goals of Dometic.nTo be responsible for your own health and safety and aware of other's health and safety in the workplace.
Who are we looking for?nQualifications and ExperiencenWe believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:nAt least 7 years of senior sales management experiencenStrong knowledge of vehicle aftermarket installationsnCompetent experience in the management of field sales TeamsnEffective knowledge of relevant vehicle sales and aftermarket industries
