Job Profile Summary
The Integrity Lead - Structures & Pipelines is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers overseeing the integrity of offshore oil & gas assets. Acting as a technical advisor for assigned asset engineers, they manage program delivery, budget, and KPIs. The role involves planning and executing strategic integrity programs, managing anomalies and deferrals, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. The Integrity Lead also maintains asset registers, tracks costs, and contributes to integrity management reviews, ultimately ensuring effective communication and program delivery to all stakeholders.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Lead a multi-disciplinary integrity team of engineers specializing in Pipeline and Structural Integrity
• Act as the focal point for assigned integrity engineer, providing technical guidance and support
• Manage team backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient delivery of the annual integrity program
• Develop and lead the team in providing support and guidance to ensure the Integrity Program is delivered effectively and efficiently
• Oversee planning and delivery of the strategic integrity programs, ensuring they adhere to budget and WMS Maximo (6+ weeks)
?
Develop future years Asset Integrity budget for all integrity-related activities
• Develop and issue asset performance KPIs to monitor program effectiveness
• Manage and evaluate integrity anomalies, identifying issues and recommending solutions
• Manage integrity deferrals according to corporate work order procedures, ensuring they meet the highest standards (6+ weeks)
• Support the implementation and compliance with Integrity KPIs (leading & lagging) to drive positive actions
• Maintain accurate and complete asset registers of static equipment systems, anomalies, threats, and key integrity risks
• Ensure effective in-year cost tracking and reporting for the integrity program
• Participate and contribute to the regular review of integrity management information like Asset RBI Schemes and Integrity KPIs
• Provide timely support and management of assigned Synergi and PLMS actions

Act as Technical Contract Owner delegate for relevant integrity contracts
• Undertake periodic site visits to assess asset condition and confirm program effectiveness
?
Ensure all matters relating to Operational Integrity delivery, performance management, reporting and communication, are delivered effectively to all stakeholders To follow quality plan & lead the identification and implementation of suitable quality controls
?

Professional Skills and Experiences

Extensive experience within the offshore Oil & Gas industry managing the integrity of static equipment systems, pipelines, and structures

Proven ability to perform fitness-for-service assessments and apply relevant FFP codes

Possesses a strong understanding of structural, and pipeline codes
?
Proficient in identifying and addressing in-service inspection damage mechanisms, their design repair solutions, and adhering to industry regulations (Safety Case, PFEER, ACoP, PSR, PSSR)
?
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and work effectively under time constraints
?
Committed to personal safety, achieving business objectives, and preventing Major Accident Hazards (MAHs) through understanding company performance standards
